A reason why people hate politics and politicians

The characteristic about all the political parties is that they all try pull each others leg down . They never accept that any one accept their party has done any good to the state . Each good scheme the previous govt had implimented is shown as to be a very corrupt scheme and is removed . And those in the phase of implimentation are moving at the snail's pace .

The classic example for this is the golden quadrilateral project . I think that in many places they have not even completed the project which had to be completed 2 years ago . The posters of atal bihari vajpae were removed in two day since the congress came to power but work not completed .

The political parties should try to look into the future rather than to start quarreling about the present power .
In the preparation of the polls congress and bsp have started their advt campains .

Power cuts .

This state is facing huge power cuts that too in the time of puc II board exams and the 10th board exams .
Can't any one do any thing about this problem .
The electricity dept is trying to do is to match up to the current consumption level . This will lead to power cuts in the next year as the consumption will raise much higher .
Its february and here the power cuts are about 6 hours daily in a district head quarters like belgavi , i wonder what will be our state in may ! :-(

Mobiles in the students hands .

Nowaday every one has a mobile . They range from the basic 1100 to the cool iphone and the n series . They may be banned in the colleges but they are very much present in most students pockets or bags.

They have become very common . You can see most of the youngsters have earphones plugged in their ears while driving and listening to music or they have them while they are walking or jogging .this may look very dangerous to other(while driving ) .
They can be seen text messaging their friends they are free like on bus stops etc . To be frank i mostly post on this blog on my n70 .
The people around us can misuse these gadgets .In my college our bio dept was showing the slides of the specimens and most of the people instead of observing them were just taking the photos of specimes by keeping the camera's lens and lens of the microscope !

If used in a better way these can be very good tools in the hands of the students . For eg when ever we don't hav any class we just send the free text msg we have and thus the msg reaches every body .
The mobile are mostly bought by our parents to contact us and know where we are when they want .
What the youngster need is only a mobile phone with at mp3 player and a sim which has free msgs .

karnataka elections my view

I think that the bjp needs some new young leadership which can lead . The leaders of the bjp are seen to be old( but experienced) . They are not seen as those who decide quickly and get the work done .
In karnataka where i live , the people have high hopes on this government . But the government is not seen to keep up with the hope of people . The government may have implimented many schemes ,but the people don't know about them and feel it is too less . This may cost bjp very heavily in a the upcoming election.
The other parties being in the state congress and jds which are not a option for the people to vote as the former doesn't have any big leader after their last govt and the latter is called a party which is run by a single family .
In the national level , the congress has the edge and the young leader(rahul gandhi and sachin pilot ) have a great influence in the people. These are the leader whom people look upon to lead india in the future.
I took up this topic because i saw many news channels predict that in the lok sabha elections the bjp sweep karnataka . But this state most of the times has voted of the party which is not in power in the state .
